Auto-immune friendly Cajun Seasoning:


2 tablespoons paprika

1 teaspoons oregano

1 tablespoon sea salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 ½ teaspoons white pepper

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon cayenne powder

1 ½ teaspoon onion powder


* For a Nightshade-free recipe, sub cayenne with 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder and sub paprika with 1/2 tablespoon ground cloves and 1/2 tablespoon cumin.
